1.To give our full and undivided attention to your questions, and to give you a comprehensive and full reading or a comprehensive spell whichever price option you choose.
2.To give you excellent value for your money! (For our readings we quote you a minimum amount of words as a guide to the extent of the reading but most readings have been known to go well over this guideline!) Our main concern is that you are happy with your reading and with our services!
3.To offer you a 'feedback' service with all our readings and spells, ( for spells there will be an on-going dialogue for the 28 days of the spell) you may get back to us if something needs clarification, or if you need more information on a specific subject. We will undertake to get back to you ASAP.
4.To take your readings, spells and your eventual satisfaction VERY seriously. We will always reply to you as soon as is possible! We believe that whilst we are working on your reading, that for a little while we are your back-up system, and will do our best to support you!
5.To make a complete and swift refund of your fee into your credit/debit card account if you are not completely satisfied with the work that we do for you!
6.To ensure that all credit /debit card transactions are processed using a high security verification system over secure server. (which has recently been updated for safety.) All payments are checked for authenticity for non genuine or fraudulent details. We always report attempts to commit online fraud to the relevant authorities, This is for your protection as well as ours. We have enabled a safe and secure system for your peace of mind, and the personal information that you trust us with is NEVER passed on to others, and is only kept long enough for your reading to be processed. We use Worldpay for all transactions, which is a well known and trusted world wide system.
7.To ensure your total and complete confidentiality when you trust us with your reading. No information is ever passed on to a third party. We do not give or sell your personal information to anyone else.
Terms & Conditions.
Use of the facilities on this site is recommended only for those of a legal age to do so. All calls to premium numbers & Text-a-Psychic numbers should only be made by bill payers (or with the bill payers consent) by those over the age of 18 years old.
For reasons of legality, all psychic readings & spells are deemed as for 'entertainment purposes only'. All of our many readings are aimed at giving you advice. Please treat them as such. How you act upon the advice is entirely your decision. We suggest you always use commonsense and always seek the appropriate specialists if required such as a Solicitor, Doctor or professional guidance counselor or any other professional body that can help you in specific matters. Create your own reality; no one can create that for you! Any information of a personal nature that is held temporarily by Silvermoon on behalf of you the client will be protected as much as it is in our power to do so, and will be deleted from our files after one month. We undertake to do all in our power to protect you the client and your sensitive information.
Readings from SILVERMOON are meant to be a gentle and loving guide, not a blue-print for living, and certainly not to make decisions for you. Please be aware that by booking a reading with us you take full responsibility for any decisions you may make as a result of that reading. Intellectual property rights in the content of this site are reserved to Silvermoon, by use of this site you hereby confirm that you indemnify Silvermoon totally from any that might arise from its use directly, or indirectly.
Silvermoon can accept or refuse your offer to purchase either goods or services from us from any of our websites, at our discretion. No agreement will exist until we have accepted your payment, and even then, if we feel that we do not wish to continue with the transaction we may fully refund your payment via our payment system ‘Worldpay. Full refunds in the case of dissatisfaction with work or goods received by the client are given at the discretion of the company. Any Contract between us will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Scottish law will apply and the Scottish courts will have total jurisdiction.
